Introducing my Nutrition Blueprint which will be personalised to you.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain lean muscle or transform your physique, alongside your training plan this blueprint will enable you to work towards a new you. The BK Nutrition Blueprint works using Macros to help you hit your protein, fat and carbohydrate intake for your chosen goal, creating maximum change.
Initially you will be able to download our first stage guide and complete some online details, including your aims and goals. From this I will calculate your Personal Macros and personalised Meal Builder and email these to you together with a food list and Nutrition Blueprint forms along with further instructions on how to use the information.
Using the Blueprint you will create a diet which is tailored for your individual needs and body type by working out what your body needs and requires on a daily basis.
