This 8 week Personalised Training Plan will give you a guide to work to directly linked to you and your goals. This will be unique to you and based on you completing an initial questionnaire which you will able to download on successful checkout. Once this completed questionnaire is emailed to me I will create your own Personalised Training Plan covering 8 weeks of exercises which will be emailed to you.
This plan will be based on exercises using standard Gym equipment so you will need access to a gym/gym equipment to complete. It adds a personalised progressive 2 week block to the 6 week training schedule.
You will have full support from me by email during the 8 week period of the plan or if you have any follow up questions or advice.
