From that I create a unique programme of fitness taining and nutrition guidance just for you. Importantly I will guide, support and motivate you to achieve those goals at a pace that suits you and achieves physical and emotional changes from the very first session in a friendly and enjoyable way!
As well as making use of a range of traditional equipment and fitness routines the core of Body Kinetics Personal Training are techniques developed from the world of boxing, adapted and developed to provide the fitness & conditioning enjoyed by boxers but without being hit! We call it BKBXING!
BKBXING combines techniques from professional boxing and effective fitness routines that have been developed through working with some of the very best Academy instructors in the boxing world - the Hatton Academy in the UK (Developed by Ricky Hatton) and Box n Burn Academy in Los Angeles (developed by Olympic medalist Tony Jeffries). As a Hatton Elite Instructor and Box n Burn Level 2 Instructor I teach basic and advanced boxing techniques as well as working at elite level with mitt-work combinations that provide a total body workout, improving fitness, agility, endurance, strength & speed.
